Hello, I was in China two years ago for 1 month. My family and I ate at Bellagio and La paleta every single night! The service was wonderful, the food delicious and the desserts pleasing to us all. I have not found anything that would ever compare to the taste! I was wondering if you could possibly get the recipe or tell me anywhere in America they may have a similar restaurant?????? The two dishes I had night after night were.....Sichuan beef in broth with bean sprouts and I believe some sort of greens and the Cashew chicken. I would be so thankful I wish I could fly back to China just to eat at those two restaurants! Thank You, Haifa
