In love with La Paleta dessert

La Paleta is a sister venue of Bellagio that serves Cantonese food, dimsums, noodles, Hongkong style iced teas and a selections of iced desserts. My favorite has always been this: Mango and coconut ice dessert. The coconut ice cream simply is the best I’ve tried. The light serving of Chinese food is appetizing and the service is also acceptable.
Daily 10am-12mn.

Hello, I was in China two years ago for 1 month. My family and I ate at Bellagio and La paleta every single night! The service was wonderful, the food delicious and the desserts pleasing to us all. I have not found anything that would ever compare to the taste! I was wondering if you could possibly get the recipe or tell me anywhere in America they may have a similar restaurant?????? The two dishes I had night after night were…..Sichuan beef in broth with bean sprouts and I believe some sort of greens and the Cashew chicken. I would be so thankful I wish I could fly back to China just to eat at those two restaurants! Thank You, Haifa
