Coz ours wasn't that much decorated while some has a really good furnishing. 8800rmb for how many rooms? I think every year they increase rent. Bldg 6 is a good spot right? no need to cross the street? Your bldg is along Mcdonalds? Maybe that's why it's more expensive. :) beijing boy:
