I was trying to google BAXI Ice cream but I couldn’t find a decent anything about my favorite ice cream in China. At long last, I was able to scavenge through my collection of Beijing pictures one mouth watering picture of Baxi.
Baxi Ice Cream is a local brand of ice cream which has variety of flavors but the one flavor which is our favorite is Blueberry.
This can make you forget your worries..would you believe I feel this is at par with Haagen Daz and better than Ben & Jerry’s!
I forgot to add, you can actually buy this in any supermarket! The color of its package is blue white (If I recalled correctly). It’s not that expensive so you can go stuck up for Christmas!

I eat a tub of Baxi Blueberry every week. Best ice cream ever. I’m gonna miss it when i leave BJ.
“…better than Ben & Jerrys…” I think you need to taste a real B&J, from a proper B&J parlor.
